Is there a monthly fee? ►
Well...yes and no. Depending on your account type, you can either pay for coupons using one of our subscription plans or pay for them up front. We like options.

Why don't you charge fees when your competitors do? ►
Fees are the old model. No fees is the new model. Coupons have evolved from print to online, yet somehow the pricing of our competitors hasn't. We think there's a better way. A way that allows you to do what you want to do in an efficient, cost-effective way. Because we think of you as people, not paychecks. As a partner, not a price tag. I guess you could say we like to play well with others.

How many coupons can I have at one time? ►
You can have as many active coupons as you like!

What will I be able to measure for each coupon? ►
We like to keep score—in a good way—so we give you comprehensive analytics that will show you impressions, clicks, prints, and conversions.

Can I delete a coupon after it's expired? ►
If you want to 86 a coupon, it's as simple as clicking the trash can icon. That said, we really don't recommend it. The problem with getting rid of a coupon is that you lose the analytics associated with it—forever.

How do I create a coupon? ►
Once you have logged in, click the button that says Create a New Coupon, then start customizing. Your preview will even update with every choice you make.

Do I have to create a coupon now? ►
No. You aren't ever required to make a coupon, but you kinda need to if want to distribute one.

Do I have to complete a coupon from start to finish in one sitting? ►
Nope. Maybe you get a little ways in, then get a phone call, then have to answer some emails, then need some coffee, etc. Or maybe you just don't have one of the assets you need. No problem. You can get as far into the creation or a really short way into it, then save it to come back later and complete. If you miss something, we'll let you know.

How long will it take to create a coupon? ►
On the low side, if you have all the assets you need and a clear sense of what you want to say, about 5 minutes. Regardless, we'll walk you through every step along the way to make it as efficient a process as possible, and if you don't have an element you need, just save and come back when you do.

What can I customize on my coupon? ►
All kinds of things from the headline and description, to product images, UPC images, brand image—even the background image or color. And of course you pick the start and end dates. Basically, if it goes on the coupon, you can customize it.

Do I have to have a professional designer create all of my images for the coupon? ►
Nope. No need whatsoever. The CouponFactory tool is so easy to use that you can create professional-looking coupons using images you've already created (company logo, product packaging, UPC codes, etc.).

What kind of UPC symbol can I use? ►
You can use any kind of UPC symbol your heart desires... just as long as it can be successfully scanned wherever it will be redeemed. Whatever you do, we definitely recommend you use a UPC as an added security feature.

What happens once my specified maximum number of prints has been reached? ►
We'll never automatically charge you for more prints or let you run out without notice. When your prints get low, we display a message for your customers to let them know that a particular coupon is no longer available. As your partner, we'll let you know well in advance if you're running low on prints so you'll be prepared and ready.

Where can I place the CouponFactory banner? ►
Pretty much anywhere you want. You can embed it onto any site, microsite, blog, etc.

How do I distribute my coupon on the web? ►
CouponFactory has hundreds of affiliates ready to help publish your offers. Select the affiliate option and you'll start seeing your offers on sites within no time.

What's an affiliate? ►
Simply put, an affiliate is a relevant person or company who you have an agreement with to put your coupon on their site. You can "reward" them for this, like giving them a percentage of your earnings, but that's totally up to you and the affiliate(s). Think of an affiliate as your own personal ad network.

Why would I want affiliates? ►
There are a handful of reasons. One: You get more exposure.
Two: You'll be able to tell exactly where your clicks are coming from, which has several benefits: You can determine the sites that best match your offers. You'll get more relevant data. And, from this information, we can help monitor unauthorized use of your coupons. If they're popping up on sites you don't want them to, we can help you nip that in the bud.
But wait, there's more. You can also compare the affiliates' effectiveness and use these analytics to make future placement decisions.
