Are you having trouble printing your coupon? Please review the following sections for help setting up your computer and printer to print successfully.
Sometimes problems printing coupons may have to do with how your computer is set up or configured. Please try these steps to make sure your printer can print.
During the printing process, you may see one of the following error messages within the coupon printing window.
Printing of your coupon took longer than the normal amount of time needed. Coupons normally print within 30-90 seconds, but sometimes computers with slower internet connections may be unable to print within this timeframe. If you see this message, please try the following:
If you do not have a supported printer attached to your computer, you will be unable to print. If you have a printer attached to your computer, please review the steps under "How do I fix my printer?" to set a default printer, and try again.
If you do not have a supported printer attached to your computer that allows printing with paper and ink, you will be unable to print. If you see this message, please review the steps under "How do I fix my printer?" to set a default printer, and try again.
A internet connection issue prevented us from printing your coupon. If you see this message, please try the following:
Printing coupons requires Java, a browser plugin that allows us access to your printer. Java may already be installed on your computer, though it is possible that it has been disabled. If you see this message, please try the following:
If you install Java, quit your browser from the Dock (typically at the bottom of your screen) by Control-clicking the browser icon and choosing "Quit" from the pop-up menu that appears. Re-open your browser to continue printing.
Google Chrome on OSX doesn't currently support the use of Java applets, browser plugins that allow us to access your printer. If you see this message, copy the "try printing again" link, open another browser, and paste it into the address bar to continue.
Printing coupons requires the latest version of Java to be installed in your web browser. The current latest versions supported are Java 1.6 on Windows and Java 1.7 on Apple OSX.
After installing Java, quit your browser from the Dock (typically at the bottom of your screen) by Control-clicking the browser icon and choosing "Quit" from the pop-up menu that appears. Re-open your browser to continue printing.
We don't currently support printing coupons through mobile devices, including phones and tablets.
When we attempted to send your coupon to your printer, a configuration setting on that printer prevented us from successfully printing. If you see this message, please review the steps under "How do I fix my printer?" to set a default printer, and try again.
In order to print to your printer from the Internet, we require the approval of a security dialog that appears during the printing process. By agreeing to this prompt, you grant our application to connect to your printer and print your selected coupon or coupons. If you see this message, it means that you declined or cancelled this dialog. To print, refresh the page where you see the coupon, start the printing process again, and accept this prompt.
Something not covered in this list happened that prevented us from printing your coupon. If you see this message, please refresh the page where you see the coupon and try printing again.
